The projects highlighted here reflect the collective efforts and contributions of my talented colleagues, partners, and clients. While I played an integral role, these projects are the result of strong, collaborative team effort.

Worked collaboratively with non-profit leaders, funders, and government to develop and execute Pisces Foundation’s strategic grantmaking toward sustainable urban water policy and super pollutant mitigation.
Led administration of the Pisces Foundation Water program’s 2022 open Request for Proposals, including collaboration with a field advisory group, proposal solicitation and review, and grantmaking to support eight exemplar organizations driving local water policy in their respective cities.
While at Pacific Institute, developed and executed programmatic strategy to scale multi-benefit solutions to water management through frameworks, test cases, and strategic communications.

Developed economic evaluation of stormwater capture projects including their multiple benefits, in California to demonstrate hidden value of alternative urban water supplies.
Provided data-driven guidance to water demand forecasters to more accurately account for water efficiency and conservation in long-range planning (WRF Project #4495).
Conducted research as part of interdisciplinary global health team focused on mining, heavy metal contamination, and public health in Madre de Dios, Peru.

Collaborated with water leaders at the Pacific Institute, UC Santa Barbara, and beyond to develop a framework for incorporating multiple benefits into water decisions. We released guidance for water managers and detailed case studies demonstrating multi-benefit approaches in action in Austin, Texas and Los Angeles County.
Developed policy brief outlining opportunities to ensure access to sanitation and hygiene for unhoused people in Alameda County, working alongside colleagues at Environmental Justice Coalition for Water and the Women's Foundation of California
Collaborated with water leaders to define key water resilience, including working definition, dimensions of resilience, and characteristics of resilient water systems.
Supported development of benefit accounting frameworks for corporate water stewardship.
Collaborated with Texas Living Water’s to develop framework for incorporating healthy waterways into integrated water planning.
